AudreyShops.com Rewards Program structure is subject to modification, or limitation in the sole discretion of AudreyShops.com, at any time with or without notice, and AudreyShops.com reserves the right to modify the current rewards redemption values, to establish additional Rewards redemption values or to delete any or all of the current Rewards redemption values. 3. Any fraudulent use of the AudreyShops.com Rewards Program will automatically revoke any and all benefits and the right to any further participation in the Rewards Program.
4. AudreyShops.com’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of AudreyShops.com Rewards Program shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by AudreyShops.com in writing.
5. The laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms. If any legal action relating to the customer’s use of AudreyShops.com Rewards Program or these terms, the customer agrees to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
6. Member agrees that the AudreyShops.com Rewards Program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.
7. Members may update their personal information online at www.AudreyShops.com. AudreyShops.com is not responsible for Rewards that are not received as a result of Member’s failure to update Member’s personal information. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with the AudreyShops.com Rewards Member Services Department.
8. AudreyShops.com Rewards is non-transferrable and may not be combined with other accounts.
9. The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures or rewards of AudreyShops.com Rewards Program are in the sole discretion and determination of AudreyShops.com, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.
