Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the email you provide that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed upon confirmation or in 24 hours if we do not receive notice of cancellation. Please note that Special Orders are Final Sales.

Returns and Exchanges
Without exception, any merchandise sent to our warehouse without prior authorization and its accompanying RMA# clearly written on the outside of all packages will NOT be accepted from the courier. We want you to be happy with the pieces you buy on www.AudreyShops.com. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to shipping your merchandise to AudreyShops.com and within 30 days after you receive your order. All items MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS attached. Beauty and Cosmetics MUST be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNOPENED. We will not accept returns or exchanges on beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened and/or used. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Requests must be emailed to: RMA[at]AudreyShops.com with the following information:

Please provide all details as failure to do so shall result in denial of your request. Once we receive and approve your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number and instructions for how to return your merchandise. Note: Sale items, exchanged items, vintage items, antique items, and special orders are final sales and may not be returned, exchanged, or credited for any reason. Any return merchandise shipped to AudreyShops.com not in original packaging or without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package(s) will be refused. AudreyShops.com reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with these policies. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping for denied merchandise will be at the customer's expense.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS within the United States. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and value of the package. See your order form for the exact amount, which is calculated when you add your item to the cart.
